Job Description
1. JOB DESCRIPTION
· Secretary jobs for GD & GM
· Organize company events (company trip, year-end party, farewell/welcome party…)
· In charge of office operation related tasks (service contracts, gift arrangement, office supply, office maintenance, reservation of car/flower/hotel/flight…
· In charge of IT related issues (PC maintenance/replacement, server maintenance, telephone/TV conference system…)
· In charge of HR tasks: Labor contract, recruitment, timesheet, payroll, social insurance, work permit/visa arrangements…
· Other tasks as required
Job Requirements
1. REQUIREMENTS
· University graduation with Bachelor in HR or Accounting
· At least 03-year working experience in HR & Admin field
· Have knowledge of current Labor Code & related regulations, IT
· Fluent in English (both writing and speaking)
· Good skills in communication, event organizing, persuasiveness, time management
· Competent in Excel, Word
· Honest, diligent, careful, responsible, helpful, cooperative and willing to learn.
