We are looking for Recruitment ConsultantS to join our HR team and help us fill our open positions with qualified candidates.
*Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing potential candidates and reaching out to prospects via email or phone or faceto-face meeting. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills to interact with candidates and internal teams.
2. Coordinate with clients to define necessary requirements for positions.
3. Keep in touch with past applicants
Job Requirements
1. Excellent communication and persuasion abilities (particularly when making cold calls and sending recruiting emails)
2. Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously
3. Good decision-making skills
4. Passion in connect people.
