Job Description
'• The Android HMI developer is responsible for developing and maintaining Human Machine Interfaces in Automotive eCockPit
• Requirement’s analysis
• Concepts & Design of HMI elements using UML
• HMI Implementation in Android and UI development tools
• Developing and debugging object-oriented software.
• Unit testing & module level testing
• Build and release as per process
Job Requirements
Must have:
• Excellent understanding of AOSP architecture and concepts.
• Strong knowledge of Android framework, boot and memory optimizations.
• Preferably with automotive Android experience.
• Multithreaded application development experience.
• Extremely proficient in Java, Android SDK, JNI, C++, JSON, Sqlite, RESTful API’s.
• Need to have good knowledge of Android core components and IPC(AIDL) mechanism like binders.
• Experience with Android HAL and HIDL Audio, Graphics, Camera, Sensors, Automotive etc.
• Android services Media and system services.
Preferred skills:
• Basic understanding of Linux kernel architecture and device drivers/BSP.
• Experience with Android GAS.
• Android automotive
• AOSP build and adaptation.
• Android application framework
