Job Description
▪Provide professional technical service to customers and make sure customer satisfaction is always maintained at the highest level (>95%). Respond to customer field service requests for service, determine cause(s), troubleshoot and takes corrective action;
▪Perform installation, preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance (CM) and technical upgrading of medical equipment, provide guidance to customers including doctors, nurses and hospital biomedical engineers on proper usage of the system and ensure customer satisfaction;
▪To perform all aspects of technical/engineering work required to support all products and technical services to customers;
Job Requirements
▪Have bachelor or higher degree in engineering or medicine or pharmacy
▪Have working experience in Medical Devices at least for 24 months within 48 months up to the date of on-boarding;
▪3 years of servicing medical equipment with strong record;
▪Must be willing to work outside office hours if required;
▪Experienced working in diverse, multi-cultural, multi-national work;
▪Effective communication skills in English;
▪A strong team player with excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills;
▪Knowledge of Service Management Systems.
