Job Description

Main tasks:

-       Payroll calculation (C&B).

-       Compulsory insurance

-       Labor contract and recruitment

-       Work permit/visa

-       AL, OT & Attendance

-       General Labor and Administration jobs

-       Others when requested

Job Requirements

-       Specialized in remuneration accounting.

-       University graduate

-       At least 3 years working experience in HR/ADMI work. PAYROLL CALCULATION (by excel) IS A MUST.

-       Having knowledge of current labor code, law on compulsory insurance, PIT and labor related regulations, IT

-       Fluent English (both written and spoken)

-       Competent in Excel, Word, Power point,

-       Female around 26-30 years of age

-       Good interpersonal skill and analytic thinking, event organizing and time management

-       Honest, careful, responsible, cooperative, hard working and willing to learn
