Job Description

Oversee daily operations and the work of executives  Analyze and interpret data and metrics  Closely work with underwriters and collectors  Create reports for the management  Establish policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision  Lead employees with an example, be a motivator for other employees  Take the lead in expansion activities  Maintain relationships with partners and vendors

Job Requirements

Fluent English is very important  Previous working experience as operation director/operation manager in loan, credit, banking or financial industry  Previous working experience in effective interacting with underwriting and collecting services  In-depth knowledge of different business functions such as HR, finance, marketing, payments etc.  Good knowledge of data analysis and KPIs  Outstanding organizational and time management skills  Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills  Great communication and presentation skills  Problem-solving mindset and ability to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues
