Job Description
- To align with the company's values, mission, vision and Goals (short and long-term).
- Keep the Company fully informed on the condition of the business and on all the important
factors influencing the business.
- To initiate and maintain a culture which appreciates the need to build profitable business.
- Stay abreast of new trends in Solar Energy Industry to ensure relevancy in the market.
- Identify and engage client prospects and work with key stakeholders within the organization to bring
- Assures quality and organizational stability through development as well as implementation
of standards and controls, systems and procedures, and regular evaluation.
- Assures a work environment that recruits, retains, develops and supports quality staff.
- Assures compliance to local rules and regulations pertaining to the Company and its operations in the
country
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related energy/development field from an accredited college
or university.
- Minimum 10 years of experience out of which atleast 3 years within the Power/Energy Industry/ Solar Roof
Top is preferred
- Understanding of Commercials/ Finance; ability to understand a solar financial model & work with it
- Experience of dealing with Commercial and legal contracts • Good existing network and origination in
Vietnam
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
- MBA or Master’s degree in Engineering is preferred
- At least 3 years’ experience as a CEO/Director in the Power industry.
- Minimum of one year of experience in the Solar industry
