Job Description
• To build, develop quality service providing to customer related daily trading activities;
• To propose strategy on customer care and customer service, focusing on individual customer segment on countrywide basis
• To build, implement customer care and customer service program, focusing on individual customer segment on countrywide basis
• To manage, implement investor relation policy (reporting requirements, information disclosure, annual reports, investors’ annual meetings, customer satisfaction survey, etc.)
• To build, operate hotline service;
• To manage a process of dealing with complaints from customers, if any
• To build, develop, implement tools to offer service convenience to customers
• To build the solution & strategy base on the sales team oriented
Job Requirements
• University degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing;
• Female or male, from 27 to 40 with at least 3-year experience in working, at middle to senior level, in customer service division at insurance companies or commercial banks
• Neat appearance, with strong oral and written communication and presentation skills;
• Dynamic, creative, professional, with ability to work under high pressure;
• Ability to work independently as well as to work as a team;
• Ability to solve issues with high degree of speed and accuracy;
• Average proficiency in English;
• Computer literacy in office software and applications.
