Job Description

 

 

·          Be accountable for ensuring Company’s events are in full compliance with Vietnam’s local laws and company’s Rules of Conduct.

·          Guide the Member organizations focusing on event execution in conforming to the rules for Member conduct set out by the Corporation. The principle focus of this position is to ensure that Members understand and embrace Our Client’s rules.

Responsible for managing the work-flow and Event Compliance Team - Sales to ensure efficient and effective operation and also help to resolve issues that may emerge in the context of relationships with Members, primarily in connection with Compliance function.

·          Manage Event Compliance Staffs to ensure efficient and effective operation. Involve in staff screening and recommendation to higher levels in recruitment process if required.

·          Build a productive team-work, work out staff refresh training on a quarterly basis with involved departments (including but not limited to Legal, MPC, Marketing etc.).

Ensure approved SOP in place, suggest for better process and implementation once applicable.

·         Ensure all events of the company are supplied with correct and valid licenses, fulfilled with post event auditing process of local authorities.

·         Ensure all Members’ presentation and testimonials comply with all company’s internal regulations/SOPs applied to various events at utmost transparent and non-bias manner.

·         Identify and quickly react to all potential and actual breach and propose remedial actions, liaise with relevant departments to ensure appropriate actions have been taken where the mistake related to ROC have been identified.

·         Assess breach cases and inform/report to involved departments or higher levels of managers (Sales Head, MPC, Legal...) for appropriate next actions within target timeline.

·         To provide guidance & training to Members and drive Members education programs focusing on their testimonials, disclaimers, presentation, training content on a frequent basis (twice per year at least).

·         Travel as the need arises to attend Company/Member conferences, trainings, and or events in dealing with delicate and volatile issues and participate as a trainer/spokesperson and otherwise on Member Compliance worldwide seminars.

·         Address primary requests of local authorities relating to supervised events.

 

·         Perform other tasks when necessary as requested by Line Manager.

 

Job Requirements

·          Hold professional qualification and having at least 5-year experience in relevant field.

·          Advantage will be given for candidates with legal/audit/compliant background.

·          Good level of English (spoken and written).

·          Experience in working for multinational companies in MLM industry will be a plus.

·          Hold strong inter-personal skills, non-bias attitude and complaint-oriented will.

·          High sense of accuracy, carefulness & honesty.

·          Able to organize workload for effective implementation.

·          Ability to solve problems and challenges and carry out responsibilities under minimal supervision.

·          Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Must be self-motivated and highly attentive to details and follow-up.

·          Ability to perform with agility under tight timeline, pressure and heavy workload while maintaining a positive, professional attitude in a very fast-paced environment.
