Job Description

1.     Planning

Ø  Set the annual and 3 year plan for human resources according to the company objectives

Ø  Set the strategy on how human resources will operate and deliver its services in line with the company objectives

Ø  Propose improvement projects for the department.

 

2.     Recruitment and selection:

Ø  Forecast and plan recruitment requirements in line with functional and business strategy

Ø  Develop resourcing strategy for the company

Ø  Effectively utilise and negotiate the services of executive search firms or employment agencies

Ø  Manage the recruitment and selection budget and resources of the company

Ø  Effectively manage the “Employer Brand” to ensure that the company is perceived as an Employer of Choice

 

3.     Compensation and Benefits

Ø  Conduct salary survey, job evaluation, annual remuneration structure review, salary review

Ø  Verify cash and non-cash compensation review

Ø  Approve C&B policies

Ø  Understand business situation to manage salary and benefits administration

 

4.     Training and Development:

Ø  Review career path

Ø  Develop the company succession planning process

Ø  Advise department heads to design appropriate development programmes

Ø  Be driven for sufficient talent pipeline at company wide level

Ø  Approve annual training plan and develop internal training programmes

 

5.     Expatriates Services

Ø  Proactively recommends changes of employment practices/ policies to ensure compliance with local legislation requirements, ILA’s Principles

Ø  Ensures all employment policies/ processes are readily accessible, communicated and understood by employees

Ø  Provide expert advice and coaching to line managers on employment policies, practices and disciplinary case management

Strengthen employee relations at all levels of company via intensive activities and events

Job Requirements

ü  Bachelors Degree from an accredited University

ü  Already at the Human Resources Manager with at least 4 years experience in human resources management

ü  Multinational organization experience preferred (in the education, consumer or financial industry is a plus)

ü  Proficient in HR best practice, Vietnamese labour code, governmental regulations relating to human resources

ü  Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise and negotiate at all levels in a professional manner

ü  High flexibility and ability to manage various HR functions

ü  Strong leadership skills and cross cultural understanding

ü  Good presentation and persuasive skill
