Job Description
- Coordinate development of venture operational & financial plan, covering delivery & pickup volumes, headcount & productivity, costs, and key quality metrics; including:
- Hubs & satellite capacity and volume plan
- Fleet capacity & volume plan (recruiting and expansion, productivity improvement)
- Route mgmt. plan
- Sortation capacity plan
- Shuttle & linehaul plan
- Align plan with venture Business Plan and ensure they are within venture Budget
- Coordinate with LEL-Transport and related parties to ensure Lazada volume allocation capacity plan are aligned
- Coordinate development of venture Roadmap, covering all key projects and initiatives for the year, and monitor execution of the roadmap
- Coordinate development of campaign plans
- Quarterly refresh of venture operational plan, and Monthly venture Roadmap review
- Prepare presentations, calls and drive follow-up actions with Regional and Local teams
- Oversee implementation of new technology (LMS, TMS etc) including
- Plan and manage change management programs
- Process improvement in adaption with the innovation
- Ensure reporting and planning takes into account these implementations, and required adjustments are made
Job Requirements
- Strong network in Logistics / supply chain industry, with E-commerce busines is a bonus
- Strong analytical skill; strategic thinking and business ownership mindset
- Strong project management skills and stakeholder management skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal); English fluency mandatory
- Knowledge with web application development (Database, XAMPP, LAMP, LEMP …).
- Knowledge with automation data reports such as web reports, ETL tools is a plus.
- Strong database knowledge especially MySQL, PostgresSQL
- Able to work in a fast moving organization
- • Able to deal with ambiguity and time pressure
