- Strategically plan and manage cross-border functions (land-air/ land-sea)
- Build database of clients,
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, clients & stakeholders on delivery time and costs,
- Keep track of delivery times, transport costs and efficiency,
- Arrange plan routes and process shipments & transportation,
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints,
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements,
- Comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements,

- To be supporting the whole logistics – transportation between Vietnam – Cambodia/ Vietnam -
Laos as a main contact point and other regions,
- To be a part of company global freight desk and leading that function internationally,
Requirements:
- At least 4 years in management level in forwarding and logistics services,
- Great knowledge in sea freight, good experience in working with external logistics vendors,
- Great knowledge in Customs Law for Cross-Border cargoes, both Vietnam & Cambodia sides,
-Master the market of Cross-Border both contracted and Lumpsum,
- Master of solution and strategies,
- Fluent in English communication & written. Knowing Cambodian is an advantage.
