KEY RESULT AREAS (KRA)

MAJOR ACTIVITIES

Inventory & Demand Planning

·        Monitor demand and plan supply accurately

- Plan, schedule and conduct inventory/forecast meeting with PM

- Analyse and prepare draft forecast submission

- Complete and submit accurate forecast data

- Maintain and process forecast/procurement system (TM1) requirements

·        Plan ahead to ensure and maintain optimal inventory levels

- Set DOS guidelines for optimal inventory levels

- Establish processes to track inventory levels across products, in the immediate and long term

- Monitor and track DOS, forecast accuracy

Order Management

·         Process purchase orders in SAP as determined

·         Receive, prepare and maintain product price in SAP

·         Generate DN, Invoices in SAP

·         Coordinating with factories/ESP on monthly delivery schedule and shipment documents

·         Documents archiving

·         Perform other SAP operations processes as necessary

Warehousing

·         Liaising with 3PL for daily operations, anticipate issues/disruptions and develop action plan

·         Control the movement and storage of products /parts within a warehouse

·         Manage the flow of information and services through the warehouse

·         Establish warehousing processes for managing new products / businesses to minimise disruptions

Distribution

·         Move finished goods / parts downstream to the customer

- Monitor movement of goods / parts through distribution channels

- Propose process improvements to improve efficiency

·         Select shipping methods and route flow, considering cost and benefit trade-offs

- Weigh options and select the most appropriate shipping methods / route flow, considering cost-benefit trade offs for Epson

·         Divide or consolidate items into appropriate units / quantities to maximise distribution effectiveness

- Recommend optimal quantities to group items into, in order to maximise distribution effectiveness and minimise costs

Logistics and Transportation Management

·         Maximise cost-efficiency and use of logistics and transportation resources and operations

- Monitor use and track efficiency of logistics and transportation resources across products

- Propose methods to maximise logistic and transportation resource-efficiency while meeting the needs of customers

- Determine the optimal transportation model / vehicle routing process to meet customer demand at various destinations

Import & Export Compliance Management

·         Ensure compliance with local laws related to import and export activity, including security trade control regulation

·         Demonstrate understanding of tax and process regulations in the import and export of products

·         Liaise with representatives from import / export companies & government to ensure expectations are met
