Job Description
Job Requirement
• Follow up on injection mold and tooling testing for new projects
• Evaluate new tooling projects and communicate project status to relevant departments
• Identify any issues on tooling and injection parts
• Work closely with the Mold Shop, Development and Production team on tooling improvement based on
evaluation and technical issues
• Make sure that machines are running and that the process flow and quality are under control
• Implement standards and improve the efficiency in the Sample team (APQ, Material usage, worker
arrangement, automation, etc.)
• Regularly check machine settings and guide workers to follow on standards
• Prepare handover documents, quality manuals, SOPs and Injection Data sheet
• Organize the workflow and job distribution in the Sample Department
• Implement and follow up health, safety and environmental standards for the respective working place and employees

Graduated from a Technical University
• Experience in Plastic Processing and Project
Management and Tooling
• Experience with working in a manufacturing
and/or shoe industry is a must
• Very good English skills (verbal & written)
• Knowledge in injection molding & Lean is a plus
