Job Description
1. Managing business operations with the aim of increasing investment efficiency and resource use efficiency
· Identify growth opportunities based on recommendations & financial & business analysis reports
· Approve ideas and initiatives to operate the sales channels with the highest efficiency.
2. Run the business to grow and achieve revenue & profit targets:
· Discover and identify growth plans that will take your business to the next level. The growth plan is based on data-driven insights.
· Design, build and perfect the brand's common business strategies, including: Policy system for customers and business partners, inter-departmental coordination process, target implementation system and annual business plan,
· Directing the business expansion strategy
· Monitor business results and direct departments to find timely solutions to ensure goals
3. Operational orientation and development of the F&B’s operation plan according to the development orientation
· Developing customer care service policies for the company's brands. Plan functions and tasks to suit each stage.
· Building process, development orientation and customer care plan before, during and after sales
· Developing and monitoring the implementation of Operational Procedures
· Assign work to the Management Levels and subordinates.
· Performance appraisal and Employee training and coaching
· Periodically evaluate operations and improve service quality
4. Approval & control strategy, operating budget:
· Based on the company's strategy and plan, study the factors for budget approval.
· Directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecast according to the development strategy of the Operations Division.
Manage financial management mechanisms and contingency plans to reduce financial risks and meet business expansion needs
Job Requirements
· At least 5 years of experience in business strategy development or equivalent
· Responsible & reputable at work
· Skills in synthesizing and analyzing large amounts of data and many parameters
· Skills in designing, building models, systems and strategic policies
· Leadership skills lead creativity and breakthrough
