Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting clear goals and providing guidance to achieve targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate these markets.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and adjust strategies as needed to meet and exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's market presence.

Job Requirements

Education, Qualifications and Experience

  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales, with a strong track record of success.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry or with multinational companies.
  • Significant experience in the apparel, textile, or fashion sectors is a major advantage.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
