Job Description
- Deliver a service of high quality to Clients and Candidates. (360* process)
- Promote and build awareness of 40HRS JSC capabilities to our existing Client database.
- Be an active networker.
- Screen and interview Candidates in accordance with our international standards.
- Organize interviews between Client and Candidates.
- Provide advice to both Clients and Candidates on salary, training and career progression.
- Follow up on leads for permanent recruitment provided by other staff members.
- Perform other tasks assigned by manager or director
Job Requirements
- A big passionate in recruitment is a must; & making income more. (open more industries)
- Graduates / post graduates majoring in HR, Business. Administration, Marketing or other related fields.
- At least 2-5 years’ experience in HR/recruitment, sales with a proven track record.
- Fluent in either English or Japanese or another language, coupled with the ability to communicate in Vietnamese
