Lead the design process on given projects from early stage until end of project: concept/scheme/detailed design…
Collaborate with different discipline consultants to influence the technical design and to ensure ideas are weaving throughout the construction stage
Refer to technical specifications within guidelines, acoustics, lighting, MEP, other
Support continuous improvement for all design related elements across the portfolio
Oversee prototypes, mockups & samples, and comment accordingly
Work closely with the supply chain & internal partners to optimize value projects
Report to Design Director
Job Requirements
Min. 8 years of professional working experience in both consultancy and real estate developer companies in architecture design
Fluent in English.
Good technical, regulation and practical knowledge in large scale projects in Vietnam market. Strong work ethic, good moral characters and professional demeaner
Advanced professional architecture degree preferred
Ability to collaborate with local and international team
Ability to use Microsoft Office, CAD, sketch-up & familiar with Revit and Adobe CS
